Information we collect
We store account details, pet profiles, care reminders, notification preferences, subscription status, and an Apple device token when you enable mobile push notifications so Paw Portal can provide the service.
How we use it
We use your information to run Paw Portal, send requested reminders, manage billing, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We also record a limited set of product journey events, such as a sign-up, first pet, first reminder, checkout, or subscription change, to understand whether our onboarding and campaigns work. These events never include pet names, reminder notes, email addresses, IP addresses, advertising IDs, or payment details. Push alerts use generic wording and do not send pet names, reminder titles, or notes to Apple.
Service providers
Paw Portal uses Supabase for data, authentication, scheduling, secure secret storage, and product analytics; Hostinger Email for requested reminder delivery; Apple Push Notification service for optional mobile alerts; Stripe for billing; and Vercel for hosting. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
Your choices
You can change email preferences, manage push permission in your device settings, export information through support, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your Paw Portal data after confirmation, subject to legal retention requirements.
