Using Paw Portal
Paw Portal helps you organize pet-care dates and reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for seeking professional veterinary care when needed.
Your account
Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account details. You may not access another person’s account or use Paw Portal unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Paw Portal Plus renews monthly or yearly, depending on the billing option you select, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period where applicable.
Availability
We work to keep reminder delivery reliable, but no notification system is infallible. Do not rely on Paw Portal as the sole safeguard for urgent or life-critical care.
